The download is split into common source and Win32 binary packages. The common source packages are provided as .zip, .tar.gz (GZip) and .tar.bz2 (BZip2) versions. The Win32 binary package just includes the training and statistics tool and mIRC and X-Chat pre-compiled dlls for use under 32-Bit Windows.
The latest release is 0.12 and can be downloaded from our sourceforge.net project-page.
